Position Duties: Work cooperatively with internal stakeholders, including Client Account Managers, Product & Delivery teams to identify and prioritize immediate client business needs or gaps, creatively problem solve issues that arise on project delivery or business development opportunities. Build and develop client relationships, with ability to credentialize your experience and subject-matter-expertise in payments to build trust, enabling access to real client needs and showcasing D&S thought-leadership. Develop and present both formal and informal client pitches, from internal collaboration and storyboarding to face-to-face client presentations, delivering concise and persuasive messaging tailored to the specific audience and devise an action-plan that helps clients address pain-points and solidifies Mastercard as a strategic client partner. Own individual business development sales pipeline responsible for having general knowledge of all D&S products & capabilities, map solutions to client needs, pull together pitch presentations, pricing scenarios, delivery coordination, and provide overall creative problem solving. Understand big client/industry pain-points, collaborating with client and internal stakeholders to thoughtfully represent Mastercard to senior level client stakeholders including C-suite executives and continue to support positive client relationship development; and to build advocacy within leadership stakeholders on the value-proposition of D&S and our solutions suite. Drive coordination and project management of client engagements which will require collaboration with within Marketing, Segment Solutions, Delivery and Product teams to ensure best-in-class value delivery to clients and influence internal stakeholders to ensuring all of MA product support aligns to client needs. Responsible for sizing, pricing, and margin decisions, as well all internal Mastercard approval processes required before signature; ensuring we successfully achieve in-year sales targets.Job Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management or related and two (2) years of experience in job offered or as a Managing Consultant, Business Development Analyst, Engagement Manager, Client - facing Sales Analyst, or related. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience. Qualifying experience must include at least one (1) year with each of the following: Develop and foster account relationship. Manage and sell to a large client or cluster of clients. Experience/Knowledge within Financial Services or Payments industry. Sell and manage multi-million dollar bundled product solutions and pipelines. Salesforce/ Hubspot. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Domestic travel is required less than 20% of the time.

Minimum Salary: 178,500 Maximum Salary: 234,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
