Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Production Operations:
Oversee the daily operations of the metal production department, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
Coordinate with design and installation teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of projects.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.
Quality Control:
Maintain high standards of quality throughout the production process.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Address and resolve any quality issues that arise during production.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.
Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed.
