Overview

The People Operations Administrator is a multifaceted role combining administrative support and operational responsibilities. This position provides administrative support to the Chief People Officer and her direct reports.

Responsibilities

· Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate meetings.

· Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and other documents.

· Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf CPO.

· Organize and maintain files, records, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

· Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for CPO and direct reports.

· Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.

· Handle special assignments and projects as needed.

· Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in an administrative, project management, or HR role.

The salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000. We recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company.
