Meta Product Marketing Manager, Responsibility & Privacy in New York, New York

Summary:

Meta is seeking a strategic leader passionate about creating safe, age-appropriate experiences for teens on our platforms.This person will be responsible for understanding upcoming trends around youth well-being, safety and data privacy regulations related to teens worldwide, assessing implications for product teams and advertisers, and creating product development and go-to-market strategies.The successful candidate will have good judgment, technical acuity, accountability and follow-through. This individual will partner closely with Product Management, Policy and Privacy teams. They must thrive as a product marketing leader within cross-functional teams, exhibit excellent analytical and communication skills, ability to navigate ambiguity, and have a track record of influencing product strategy and managing highly complex, fast-paced projects.

Required Skills:

Product Marketing Manager, Responsibility & Privacy Responsibilities:

  1. Lead market analysis and competitive assessments to guide product development and positioning, ensuring alignment with both client needs and privacy considerations for teens

  2. Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including sales and partner materials, in collaboration with cross-functional partners

  3. Manage effective alpha and beta tests, ensuring successful product launches and post-launch adoption growth

  4. Oversee high-priority decisions and communications regarding product and policy changes, representing internal and external stakeholders effectively

  5. Monitor upcoming privacy regulations and support ads product teams in developing a response

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree

  2. 6+ years experience in product marketing, product management, strategy consulting or related field and experience contributing at both strategic and operational levels

  3. Analytical, data-driven decision-maker

  4. Effective communicator with experience simplifying concepts

  5. Experience working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and ambiguous work environment

  6. Track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results

  2. Strong understanding of and experience in privacy regulations

  3. Strong understanding of and experience in the digital advertising industry

  4. Experience presenting to large groups of stakeholders and senior executives

Public Compensation:

$158,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
