Lowell Hotel Associates, LP Public Relations Specialist in New York, New York
- Plan and coordinate overall communications and public relations programs designed to create and maintain a favorable public image of a luxury hotel throughout the U.S. and the world.2. Coordinate and host press/media stays and events to produce coverage of The Lowell.3. Plan domestic and international high-profile events designed to keep the public informed of Lowell Hotel image and brand.4. Review, prepare, edit, and distribute press releases as well as other various written materials (brochures, handouts, letters, presentations, etc.) and websites for the hotel and specific events.5. Assist in establishing a strategic vision for proactive storytelling of the Lowell Hotel including the PR strategy.6. Establish and maintain cooperative relationship with representative of community, consumer, employee or public interest group.7. Plan and develop the promotion of a positive image of the luxury hotel and develop marketing campaigns for the hotel’s services.8. Develop, and manage special events to promote the hotel throughout the U.S. and the world.9. Monitor all relevant luxury trend news and present findings to management.10. Oversee outside vendors in the production of print materials, the maintenance of the websites, and the distribution of marketing materials for the hotel nationwide.11. Respond to inquiries from the press media to shape and influence the overall image projected by the press media.12.Monitor social medias exposure and Luxury Brand.Requirement: 1)Post Secondary Hotel Management Diploma2)Two years of related marketing experience with luxury hotel3)Two years of experience with Leading Hotel of the World property4)Two years of experience using PMS system including FOSSE, Epitome, Delphi, Lan Mark, Room Master, Room Key, Trust and Opera5)May be required to work on weekends and holidays.
