Openmind Senior Associate, Client Finance in New York, New York

This approach creates more meaningful connections with consumers, increases consumer trust in the brand, and delivers better outcomes for all stakeholders.Role Summary & ImpactPartnering with Commercial and Client Finance teams, the Senior Associate is responsible for assisting with daily tasks required to maintain the operations within the Commercial team and larger finance network.Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a series of reports, providing updates and feedback on a regular basis
  • Ensure data integrity through regular quality checks
  • Create dashboards and interactive reports
  • Assist in workflow optimization efforts for multiple workstreams
  • Database management, querying, and reporting
  • Use advanced Excel to generate new reports
  • Generate templates for agency forecasting processes
  • Provide assistance and support to Client Finance, Client Leadership, and Commercial teams
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required
  • General administrative duties
  • Help establish way of working and training for associates
Requirements:
  • 2 -3 years of experience in finance or operations related role
  • Trustworthy and able to work with highly sensitive data
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management and follow-through skills
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A strong team player with the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
  • Proficient in Windows based PC applications including Excel
  • Knowledge or experience in any of the following: VBA, SQL, R, C#, Python
  • Strong desire to learn and a spirit of cooperation
  • Undergraduate degree (preferably in Computer Science, Business, or Finance)
