Overview

The Senior Director, Tailored Solutions, Managed Services will oversee and implement changes in approaches, methods, products, and processes to enhance Epiqs eDiscovery Managed Services (EMS) offering and improve organizational efficiencies. In this role you will identify, strategize, develop, and drive transformative initiatives and champion innovation by aligning overall business strategy with innovative thinking. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand existing technology, workflows, and processes to identify opportunities for transformation and improve end user experience with a focus on automation and business intelligence. Close partnership with the Go-To-Market and Service Delivery teams is key to ensure successful implementation and adoption. Objectives are directly linked to business metrics directly related to client acquisition/retention, adoption, and customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our Clients to understand existing solutions, identifying opportunities to enhance and improve the end user experience.

  • Ownership over the EMS vision and direction that impact the enterprise and workflows across multiple service delivery lines.

  • Partner with EMS leadership to implement an organization-wide go-to-market plan, working with multiple departments to execute.

  • Leader of the EMS strategy to integrate directly into the Epiq Service Cloud.

  • Maintain the EMS innovation roadmap and ensure that stakeholders across the enterprise are updated on progress.

  • Measure internal and external Client efficiency improvements against KPIs.

  • Identify innovation trends and business opportunities within the market through customer outreach and industry developments.

  • Support product decisions with quantitative and qualitative data.

  • Ensure that new team members are appropriately instructed on project requirements.

Required Qualifications & Characteristics

  • A deep understanding of eDiscovery and the litigation support industry which is typically a result of at least five to seven (5 - 7) years in relevant positions with law firms, corporate legal departments or eDiscovery service providers.

  • Strong working knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI and Tableau.

  • Proven leadership and staff development skills which help to motivate staff members and provide professional growth allowing them to assume additional responsibilities.

  • Demonstrated success in the management of multiple simultaneous projects.

  • Oral and written communication skills which provide a strong and confident executive presence.

  • Excellent client relationship skills which include the ability to proactively manage client expectations, recognize client needs and adapt company capabilities to consistently meet client requirements.

  • A solid understanding of database design and management, data processing activities and legal document workflow and management requirements.

  • Demonstrated ability in each of the following areas: ensure effective control of all aspects of a project from initial planning through final production; direct multiple project teams serving numerous clients while ensuring the completion of all work; oversee development of project plans; balance overall requirements; and review information in a timely manner to ensure deadlines are consistently met.

  • This position requires a Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent industry experience.

The Compensation range for this role is 160, 773.30 - 321, 546.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
