Staff Product Manager positions available at Turner Services, Inc. in New York, New York. Serve as the champion of products powered by data services for the Data Products Group. Partner closely with our Visualization and Storytelling team to manage the delivery of data via APIs and event streams that are used to power and customize different customer experiences. Serve as primary product manager for the data visualization platform data services and own the success of the data product which includes features availability, product adoption, and production effectiveness. Serve as primary point of contact to the Visualization and Storytelling team for their data needs, scoping out stakeholder requirements, and producing artifacts that capture desired system inputs and outputs and business logic. Partner with the data visualization platform leads in owning the roadmap and planning the OKRs every quarter, including tracking and status updates. Develop relationships across CNN Digital and externally, and be the point person to assess incoming work for proper prioritization. Stay on top of the reliability of data services and work closely with the data visualization platform team to make address any errant system behavior that includes data inaccuracies or staleness. Provide regular status updates on team OKRs progress facilitate unblocking of dependencies. Write SQL statements or perform API testing to check data quality and liaise with data vendors to address any vendor specific issues. Create and maintain relevant documentation as well as program-level tracking, governance, and company-wide communications. Hybrid work schedule.REQUIREMENTS: Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, or higher, or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in the job offered or at least 5 years of experience in analytics. Stated experience must include at least 5 years of experience in the following: SQL query language; and visualization tools, including Looker, Mixpanel, or Tableau. Must also have at least 3 years of experience in the following: project management tools, including Jira, Monday, or Asana; product road mapping tools, including Carta, Aha, or Jira; omnichannel analytics tools, including Adobe Analytics, or Chartbeat; and API management tools, including Swagger, Postman, or FastAPI.We are offering a salary range of $163,000 per year to $245,000, depending upon qualifications.
