Full-Time Regulatory Affairs Coordinator

Reports To: Director of Compliance, Risk, and Regulatory Affairs

Flushing Queens/Lower Manhattan

New York

United States

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure success of the Health Center’s compliance program

  • Schedule meetings and write minutes

  • Maintain and organize policies and procedures

  • Collaborate with the Director to set strategic goals

  • Report quarterly on progress of compliance goals

  • Day-to-day management of the Health Center’s drug discount program (340B) that provides reduced drug prices to patients

  • Complete administrative tasks associated with the 340B program

  • Schedule meetings and write minutes

  • Create reports

  • Revenue management

  • Facilitate vendor payments

  • Maintain and organize policies and procedures

  • Administrative management of the Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA) Operational Site Visit

  • Assist in securing funding from government grants for Health Center programs through grants management

  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Compliance, Risk and Regulatory Affairs

  • Perform other duties as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications :

  • Masters Degree Preferred in related field

  • Minimum of a College Degree with a concentration in Healthcare Administration or related field

  • Highly organized and detailed oriented

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience

    Compensation and Benefits :

  • Salary: $60,000.00 - 70,000.00 per year
