Full-Time Regulatory Affairs Coordinator
Reports To: Director of Compliance, Risk, and Regulatory Affairs

Responsibilities :
Ensure success of the Health Center’s compliance program
Schedule meetings and write minutes
Maintain and organize policies and procedures
Collaborate with the Director to set strategic goals
Report quarterly on progress of compliance goals
Day-to-day management of the Health Center’s drug discount program (340B) that provides reduced drug prices to patients
Complete administrative tasks associated with the 340B program
Schedule meetings and write minutes
Create reports
Revenue management
Facilitate vendor payments
Maintain and organize policies and procedures
Administrative management of the Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA) Operational Site Visit
Assist in securing funding from government grants for Health Center programs through grants management
Provide administrative support to the Director of Compliance, Risk and Regulatory Affairs
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications :
Masters Degree Preferred in related field
Minimum of a College Degree with a concentration in Healthcare Administration or related field
Highly organized and detailed oriented
2-4 years of relevant experience
Compensation and Benefits :
Salary: $60,000.00 - 70,000.00 per year
