Trade Compliance AdministratorHeadquartered in Newark, NJ - Telecommute PositionDESCRIPTION: Monitor and execute forced labor procedures to ensure timely and accurate import & exports in compliance with government regulations, corporate policies and procedures within the organization. Administer the tasks related to the Forced Labor program. Ensure program activities within the United States are executed in alignment with the program. Participate in project meetings with procurement members globally. Support execution of tasks by other groups within the regional and global forced labor program to ensure US requirements are met by required deadlines. Monitor execution of audit process, execute remediation and report on activity. Report to CTPAT Supply Chain and CTPAT Trade Compliance team for submission to Customs during validations and annual reports. Update Trade Compliance Project Teams site with status of assigned project tasks. Update RAIL and detailed project plans for all assigned tasks. Execute SOPs, run KPI reports, monitor training execution and report on activity. Create and present PowerPoints with status of projects. Support projects with reports and data analysis as needed. Administer CTPAT certification requirements across Supply Chain. Establish training cadence and monitor completion. Monitor and report on execution of tasks by stakeholders. Submit CTPAT Supply Chain Validations (support ongoing meetings, collection of data, act as point person on validation discussion with CBP). Update content within CTPAT portal. Collect and report to CTPAT Supply Chain and CTPAT Trade Compliance team for submission to Customs during validations and annual reports. Monitor execution of audit process, execute remediation and report on activity. Execute reports on KPIs/metrics/results related to department compliance, accuracy, productivity, and efficiencies. Support review and update of Trade Compliance Policy, Customs Compliance Manual and Import/Export Ops Manual. Actively contribute feedback on Trade Compliance policies established by FTZ/Customs Compliance Management and Legal. In coordination with Business Unit and PNA Customs Compliance Manager, identify, develop and deliver trade compliance training to identified team membersREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related degree concentration and two (2) years of experience handling customs and international trade related issues.
