Job Title: Assembly Operator

Job Description

As a Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for manufacturing materials used in the process to complete assemblies. This includes screen printing materials through the products to laminate them, filling, bore coating, and metalizing the product. You will follow written instructions to complete each press and inspect each product under a microscope to ensure the quality of the press is up to standard.

Responsibilities

  • Screen print materials through products to laminate them.

  • Fill, bore coat, and metalize the product.

  • Follow written instructions to complete each press.

  • Inspect each product under a microscope to ensure quality.

Essential Skills

  • At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.

  • Microscope experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Screening experience (nice to have).

  • Assembly experience.

  • Quality inspection experience.

  • Screen printing experience.

  • Print operator experience.

  • Press operator experience.

  • Cleanroom technician experience.

  • Ability to read drawings.

  • Electronic/Electrical screen printing.

  • Ceramic screen printing.

Work Environment

Work is performed in a cleanroom environment with a schedule from 7am to 3:30pm . Appropriate cleanroom attire including hair net, jacket, and foot coverings are required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00
