Aeris IoT is the IoT SaaS platform for mobile operators and enterprises within Internet of Things (IoT) business. It is built on core tenants of cloud computing and intelligence (AI/ML) that enables operators and enterprises to address new revenue streams from a vast variety of devices while simplifying the process and reducing the cost of connecting them to benefit from economies of scale.
We are looking for a Tech Lead - Web Developer to join us in building the next-gen intelligent IoT SaaS Platform to meet the future growth and scalability needs. This new position will play an important role in our IoT team and will focus on developing next-gen device and connectivity platform and portal that scale for 100+ millions of devices and processes multi-billions of events per day.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Good understanding of the Apache Hadoop open-source eco-systems, tools & application areas.
Experience in Java/Spring/rest api/database (Sql) is must.
Should be working on java for last 3 years at least.(must have good understanding of multithreading concepts, data structures and algorithms, maven).
Docker/K8s/GCP will be a big plus point.
Cassandra/Kafka/maven - Nice to have.
Experience with integration and / or batch frameworks
Experience with NoSQL (Cassandra/MongoDB)
Working knowledge of Storm, Kafka, Spark
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
Hands-on experience in development and deploying software in Public (AWS) and/or Private cloud environment
Hands-on experience in Linux/Unix environment and scripting languages: Shell, Perl, Python
Strong experience in implementing continuous integration using Maven, Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.
Strong experience in GIT and parallel development , branching strategies and methodologies
Basic understanding of distributed systems and brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka, Zookeeper, etc.
Strong communications, analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to adapt to time critical deadlines and changing priorities in a fast pace environment.
