Description
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Journeyman Class A Certified preferred
Strong understanding of mechanical systems
Minimum of 3 years experience in an industrial setting
Able to work M-F, 6:30am-3pm, overtime as required. This position does not require being on-call
Ability to follow all environmental and safety regulations and policies
Ability to work in a hot environment
Responsibilities:
Daily rounds to identify and prevent mechanical discrepancies
Troubleshoot, analyze, repair and record findings
Perform regular systematic lubrication of moving parts to reduce friction and prevent wear and tear
Assist in routine maintenance operations
Physical Demands:
Stand/Walk-7 hours
Drive/Sit- 1 hour
Push/Pull- 20-50lbs frequently
Lift/Carry- 20-50lbs frequently
Simple grasping both hands- frequently
Climb stairs/ladders- frequently
Reach- above shoulders frequently
Hourly Wage Scale for this position: $28.84-$32.96
