Our Client is Hiring! In this role you will:

  • Provide customer service and support to employees, managers and vendors on escalated leave inquires and reporting.

  • Administration includes: FMLA processing, short-term and long-term disability, worker's compensation, short-term and long-term Military Leave, paid and unpaid Parental Leave, short-term Leave Without Pay, Return from Leave, Administrative Leave, Workday release testing, benefit/leave training, benefit audits.

  • Administer/coordinate family and medical leave, family illness requests, absences, activities, and requests

  • Enter transactions, data, and employee information into Workday (e.g. HSA ineligibility, duplicate dependents, HSA CIP failure report, reopen events, benefit elections via ICF, add/update dependent information)

Responsibilities

  • Under close supervision performs routine clerical tasks in support of human resources activities.

  • Assignments are generally simple and repetitive in character such as sorting and filing correspondence, employment applications, status changes, resumes and the like.

  • Maintains simple files, posts records and logs; compiles minor statistical data.

  • May operate general business machines such as typewriter, copier, calculator, personal computer, fax, or other office machines. Guidance is readily available from higher-level staff members.

  • As a Benefits and Leaves Administrator you will perform administrative, transactional, and vendor management activities including; leave of absence and return to work, and complex life-cycle transactions associated with FMLA, STD, LTD, and Military Leave.
