A day in the role…
Normal day for the medical receptionists are answering phone calls, checking patients in and out, and assisting patients with any questions that they may have.
They work tasks in the EHR systems (AllScripts and EPIC) such as scheduling appointments for patients, faxing orders into the system from providers or that they receive from patients, and handling requests from providers for patient information and records.
They will also be verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and updating demographics.

Core Experience:
1+ years of Medial Receptionist Experience
EMR - electronic medical records
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong customer service experience - high volume calls
