Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Asset Management Operations Specialist I - Market A in the manufacturing industry, located in Norristown, Pennsylvania, 19401, United States. As an Asset Management Operations Specialist I - Market A, you will be involved in various tasks from processing customer applications to maintaining accurate customer records and resolving customer inquiries. You will also closely monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain accurate customer credit records

• Monitor customer accounts to ensure smooth operations

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner

• Reconcile unapplied cash for accurate posting and accounting

• Process check applications accurately and promptly, including terminations and consignments

• Research and submit refund requests

• Carry out reconciliations of accounts for accurate invoicing and delinquency

• Handle overflow phone queue and be able to answer basic lease questions

• Perform administrative tasks as assigned, including generating and tracking missing and damaged invoices

• Manage team email box, ensuring timely distribution of all requests

• Understand and adhere to service level agreements

• Provide life cycle management support for specific programs for early and end of lease quoting

• Distribute requests to appropriate remarketers accurately and timely

• Open, review and document all incoming mail in a timely manner. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service.

• Experience in Operations, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

• Ability to handle Invoice related tasks efficiently.

• Strong research skills.

• Ability to thoroughly review and analyze documents and data.

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration.

• Excellent Email Correspondence skills.

• Experience in performing financial Reconciliations.

• Proficiency in written Correspondence.

• Ability to promptly Answer customer queries.

• Experience in Receipt management.

• Familiarity with HealthCare.gov platform.

• Ability to process Refund Requests in a timely manner.

• Experience in handling Delinquencies.

• Knowledge of Backup Technologies.

• Ability to track and manage Missing Invoices.

• Experience in handling Terminations.

• Proficiency in Asset Management.

• Familiarity with Service Level Agreements.

• Experience in dealing with Dealers and Distributors.

• Ability to Quote prices for products or services.

• Experience in Quoting procedures.

• Knowledge of Consignments.
