We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Clerk to support our financial operations at our commercial location in North Logan, Ut. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.

Duties:

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.

• Conduct account analysis to reconcile discrepancies and maintain financial accuracy.

• Assist in payroll management tasks, including Ceridian processing and tax calculations.

• Support general ledger accounting activities and ensure adherence to GAAP standards.

• Collaborate with the finance team on tasks related to public accounting requirements.

• Handle debits and credits accurately to maintain balanced financial records.

Experience:

• Prior experience in accounts payable, account analysis, or related financial roles is preferred.

• Familiarity with payroll management systems such as Ceridian is a plus.

• Strong mathematical skills to handle calculations and financial data accurately.

• Knowledge of tax regulations and their implications on financial reporting.

• Experience in public accounting or working with general ledger accounting is beneficial.

• Understanding of GAAP principles to ensure compliance in financial transactions.
