Will be the mastermind behind our daily operations. We need someone who can effortlessly:

• Answer HVAC calls and schedule every opportunity with precision.
• Optimize field professional routes for maximum efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with our customers.
• Maintain a calendar
• Billing
• Other day to day operations

Qualifications:

• Phone skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Dispatch experience helpful but not necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Willing to train the right candidate.
