Looking for a Sales Manager/General Manager for our Landscaping Company. We have been in business 4+ years and have been growing rapidly. We need someone with the following skills:
Project Management & Scheduling
Sales
Bidding and Estimating
Customer relations
Crew Management
Product Ordering/Delivery/Receiving
Problem Solving
The main job will be to do sales and estimate projects while managing the crews and working closely with customers to make sure the projects run smoothly. There is lots of room for growth and potential ownership in the company as well.
Starting Salary is $28-$35 per hour with bonuses and commissions on top of that.
