Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to provide HR consultation and support to the Prime Labels and Packaging business unit. Your Responsibilities: Assist in creation of employee engagement and leadership development and action plans to help shape the employee experience. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations. Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies. Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Apply HR best practices and principles, consulting with HR Manager/Director when necessary. Provide exceptional service to employees and managers by responding quickly, completely and professionally. You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration 3+ years of experience in Human Resources Familiar with a wide variety of human resources concepts, principles, practices, and procedures Ability to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is in consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations or government law Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and documents and discreetly handle difficult situations Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact constructively and effectively with a diverse group of internal and external customers Ability to schedule priorities and work independently with minimal supervision Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) About Taylor Corporation One of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services, and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
