Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
Seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team for both 1st shift (6:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Thursday) and 2nd shift (5:15 pm - 3:45 am, Monday - Thursday). The role involves setting up and operating machinery according to specific guidelines, reading and interpreting blueprints and job orders, adjusting machine settings, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and communicating process improvements. Successful candidates will ensure tasks are completed accurately to maximize productivity and maintain quality standards.
