Ideal Credit Union is a large Twin Cities credit union with over one billion in assets and six branch locations. We offer a wide variety of products and services including savings, checking, consumer loans, mortgage loans, online banking and investment services. We have an immediate opening for a Member Service Representative I at our North Saint Paul office. This individual is responsible for assisting members and potential members with their Credit Union needs, explaining services, setting up new accounts, responding to problems and directing members to the appropriate people. Prior new account, lending and sales experience is preferred; prior credit union experience is helpful. Below are the scheduled hours in addition to other hours as needed (this is a rotating two-week schedule): Week One Sunday OFF Monday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Wednesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday OFF Week One Total Hours: 40 Hours Lunch Breaks for Week One are 30 Minutes Monday through Friday. Week Two Sunday OFF Monday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Wednesday 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM Week Two Total Hours: 40 Hours Lunch Breaks for Week Two are 30 Minutes on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Grade 7 - Hourly position with benefits. The starting rate of pay for this position is $21.63 per hour.
