As our E-Commerce Manager , you will oversee the online sales and presence of OPSM and will play a vital role in enhancing our online presence by leveraging your technical expertise, marketing skills, and strategic planning abilities.

In this role, you will develop strategies to boost sales, improve user experience, and increase customer satisfaction. You’ll work cross functionally with our IT, Marketing, Customer Service & Logistics teams together with the support of our eCommerce Specialist.

Requirements for Success

  • Create quarterly and yearly e-commerce sales targets for OPSM in alignment with our global guidelines

  • Lead the creation and implementation of the e-commerce strategy

  • Work with the global team and the local retail team to develop marketing campaign and promotional calendar to drive e- commerce sales

  • Produce new project ideas to generate new customers and improve the experience of existing

  • Work with agencies and internal teams to grow revenue through performance marketing channels

  • Work with marketing teams on all CRM campaigns and marketing activities

  • Support the pre and post sales experience

  • Ensure the OPSM brand is brought to life across the owned digital channels

  • Collaborate with the eCommerce operations team in identifying, implementing, and testing new site features.

  • Use of online analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics to gain an understanding of site performance and to identify opportunities

Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing and e-commerce

  • Experience in leading e-commerce strategy and hands-on implementation and sales results

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing across key channels including paid search, SEO, display media, email, and social

  • Experience in building omni-channel customer management architecture across website, in store, customer care, CRM, paid and earned advertising.

  • Previous experience with managing budgets with a record of demonstrating strong ROI

  • Strong presentation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, including results packaging and development of management presentations.

  • Previous experience managing digital marketing for a multi/omni-channel retailer, combining both online and offline success.

  • Proven ability to work in a cross functional environment, multi-tasking skills, and working through ambiguity required.
