Description We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Bookkeeper to manage our financial processes. Based in NOVELTY, Ohio, this role will involve managing payroll, setting up employee benefits, and handling various accounting functions. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities
• Administering payroll for employees, ensuring accurate and timely payments
• Setting up employee benefits packages, including health and dental insurance
• Overseeing various accounting functions, including bank reconciliations and financial reporting
• Processing accounts payable, including check runs and bill payments
• Utilizing QuickBooks Online for various accounting tasks
• Assisting with audit preparations as necessary
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for formatting financial reports
• Performing data entry tasks related to bookkeeping and accounting
• Conducting month end close procedures
• Ensuring accurate account reconciliation and accounts receivable management. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Skills in performing Bank Reconciliations
• Knowledge and experience in Bookkeeping
• Proficient in Data Entry
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Month End Close
• Experience in managing Payroll
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks
