Actalent Formulation Chemist in Oak Creek, Wisconsin
Description:
Perform chemical formulation and product development of pigments and inhibitors
Source raw materials, develop chemical formulas, develop quality testing metrics, assist production with scale up, etc.
Perform research experiments to determine viability of chemical formulas and overall application viability
Work with customers and perform customer presentations as needed
Record all laboratory and research information accordingly
Work with regulatory to ensure compliance of all raw materials, completed formulas, etc.
Manage multiple projects and ensure timelines are adhered to
Train, guide, and coach less senior chemist on daily R&D activities, formulation processes, etc.
