JOB REQUIREMENTS: STELLA & CHEWY\'S LLC Equal Employment Opportunity/M/F/disability/protected veteran status Description: Job Summary: This role is responsible for delivering technical solutions to solve business problems which includes implementing and maintaining various software applications to meet the needs of the organization. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements. This involves conducting interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing systems. Document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories in a clear and understandable manner. This documentation serves as a reference for both business and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle. Design and configure applications to meet the specific needs of the organization, which may involve customizing existing modules, creating new entities, and defining workflows. Develop test plans and conduct thorough testing of systems configurations and customizations to ensure that they meet quality standards and perform as expected. Develop reports, workflows and extracts to support user needs. Provide support to end-users by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and providing training on how to use the applications effectively. Support users with training and change management by preparing required documentation and assist with communicating expectations and requirements to the business. Requirements: Education: Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information technology, related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years\' experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience using software development methodologies and project management fundamentals. Ability to work successfully independently and in teams. Ability to drive towards results and make decisions. High energy, organized, risk taker and process oriented. Ability to influence others to gain cooperation and alignment.
