Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housing Program Director to oversee and lead their housing program for youth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving youth populations, extensive experience in program management, and a strong understanding of housing and support services.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to effectively manage and enhance the youth housing program.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the housing program, including staff supervision, budget management, and program evaluation.
• Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support services are provided to program participants.
• Lead and mentor a team of housing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure program goals are met.
• Maintain accurate records and data related to program activities, outcomes, and participant demographics.
• Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in housing and youth services.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in social work, public administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the non-profit sector and/or youth services.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of housing programs, housing law, and resources available to youth experiencing homelessness.
• Commitment to the mission and values of the organization, with a passion for serving youth in need.
