Job Title: Chemical Engineer
Job Description
Seeking a proactive Chemical Engineer to serve as a project leader focused on enhancing product performance. This role involves collaborating with R&D to develop prototypes and enhance the design of existing products. The successful candidate will perform design reviews, modify 2D and 3D CAD drawings, and utilize Design of Experiments and FMEA to streamline design changes. Additionally, the role requires working closely with R&D and production staff to gather feedback for product improvements.
Hard Skills

Advanced knowledge of fluid flow, water pressure, and water chemistry
Above average understanding with microfiltration, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, and nanofiltration

This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Oceanside, California.
Work Environment
The position is based in a facility with 300 employees, primarily in manufacturing and production. The role is primarily office-based but may require occasional visits to the production floor. The team consists of 3-4 people, including a Senior Applications Engineer. Standard work hours are from 8am to 5pm.
