Universal Robots is looking for a proactive, curious, and self-driven Financial Controller, who thrives in working with optimizing, reporting and who wants to develop and be a key player in the field of financial reporting.

As a Financial controller at Universal Robots your main responsibility will be to help ensure correct and timely monthly reporting to our stakeholders. You will become part of a strong finance team based at our HQ in Odense.
You will be part of an open and informal office environment, where no days are alike, and there is room for both different personalities, and humor.
Responsibilities
Your job will, primarily revolve around finance reporting and optimization of same.
This includes:
Participate and partner in cross-functional business projects and be primary driver of financial tasks spiring from this
Partner with finance stakeholders in tracking and making group wide cost analysis
Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
Preparing both internal and external audit material
Participate in optimization of reporting processes, guidelines, and internal controls
Ad hoc sparring partner across the team and the company
There will be continued focus on expanding your responsibility, as you develop in your role.

For you to have success in the position as a Financial Controller at Universal Robots we imagine you have following experiences:
Preferably a bachelor´s degree in economics or business administration
5+ years of relevant experience from a finance department or auditing company
Experience from some of the disciplines within OPEX controlling, business partnering or finance reporting
An appreciation of chasing synergies, and through these optimizing current processes
High IT skills in Excel, and it is an advantage if you already have experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX® 2012 and PowerBI
High English skills, writing and speech, due to need for frequent contact to international colleagues
Self-driven employee, able to create forward motion and be proactive on tasks and own development
Take an interest in creating a strong foundation for the financial reporting in the company
Ability to work in a sometimes changing environment, and still deliver a high quality
