Paycom Online Team Leader of Development Administration in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
The Team Leader of Development Administrative is responsible for leading a team of Dev admins in their tasks to support the Development Department. A successful Team Leader of Development Administrative will maintain consistent coverage, manage expectations for requests of the team, and delegate the workload evenly so that everyone contributes to their strengths. They will be responsible for supervising, motivating, and managing their team’s performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Train and develop, development administrators through observation and listening to internal client interactions
Monitor progress toward department and individual goals, drive metrics for the team
Coach team members and new hires on day-to-day operations
Manage performance and metrics, and scheduling bi-weekly one on ones for success
Identify training needs for development admins and/or assign additional learning and development courses to further their Paycom knowledge and personal development
Identify areas for process improvement within the administrative processes across the department
Managing team’s day to day operations ensuring deliverables are met by team members:
Ensure the office supplies are consistently stocked
Coordinate move requests with IT
Scheduling and supporting department meetings and events.
Delegating other administrative tasks
Weekly and Monthly Reporting – The Team Leader will delegate the weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting duties as required by the department leadership
These reports include. Time Analysis Reporting, Capitalized Development, Staffing-Product Alignment updates, Development Backlog Report, and additional reports as required
Responsible for being primary contact and liaison for routine facilities requests
Working special events such as code-a-thon and test-a-thon and managing team’s participation in events to help ensure success
Partner with other departments for employee events
Ad hoc or small events
Cross-collaboration planning
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education/Certification:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience:
3+ years of administrative & reporting experience
3+ years of office staff leadership experience
Demonstrated knowledge in MS Excel with v-lookups, pivot tables, and graphing functions
Ability to create schedules on Outlook
Skills/Abilities:
Good attention to detail
Good leadership skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Good multi-tasking skills
Well organized
Cooperative and willing to work with others
Customer friendly attitude
Ability to use computer applications, copier, fax machine and telephone
