Job Purpose and Impact

The Sales Enablement Associate Director will provide leadership for commercial excellence initiatives related to sales development that improve the capability, productivity and performance of the sales teams. In this role, you will lead the execution of projects and initiatives to ensure sales enablement efforts deliver on the strategic goals. You will drive process efficiencies, accelerate adoption and improve revenue performance while ensuring the customer facing teams have access to relevant tools, content, training and coaching. You will partner with internal cross functional leaders to develop a customer driven approach in the organization and serve customers in support of growth plans.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the execution of the sales enablement vision, strategy and implementation with the commercial organization, collaborating with sales leadership to establish short and long term action plans.

  • Design and build a Sales Academy Framework and ensure the execution of training to the commercial and technical team. Owner of training library and documents

  • Collaborate with sales managers and sales technology partners to increase utilization, adoption and automation of innovative commercial processes, capabilities and tools.

  • Gather external sales training insights, review relevant processes and lead teams to continuously improve existing sales processes with the goal of achieving a more efficient and effective sales organization.

  • Lead the sales development program for sales professionals and sales managers and provide regular trainings, communication and change management to key stakeholder groups to help drive activation, development and sustainment.

  • Provide vision, strategy and implementation plans to advance sales enablement platform capabilities, digital selling and content relevant insights in partnership with customer, channel and product line marketing teams.

  • Engage with commercial stakeholders within the enterprise and across the organization to lead change and build partnerships aligned to the sales enablement strategies.

  • Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

LOCATION: Wayzata, MN or Olathe, KS preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of six years of related work experience

  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business management

  • Confirmed knowledge of best practices, methodologies and technologies in sales enablement, revenue facing responsibility, sales training or sales support

  • Three years of supervisory experience

  • Confirmed experience in cross functional projects and executing change management initiatives with established approaches

  • Confirmed experience in a commercial role or sales and distribution

  • Experience designing and implementing new processes, tools and technologies.

  • Experience with CRM tools/systems.
