Job Title: Control Panel Builder

Job Description

Seeking a meticulous and skilled Control Panel Builder to join our team. The role involves assembling new and returned electrical control panels and/or oil minder products. Responsibilities include identifying and pulling parts, assembling, performance testing, and prepping products for shipment. You will also be responsible for processing paperwork, maintaining logs, modifying parts, performing facility maintenance, and executing additional duties as required.

Hard Skills

  • Mechanically inclined

  • Able to read blueprints/schematics

  • Experienced with hand and power tools

  • Proficient in assembling mechanical and electrical elements of control panels and oil minders, including floats, probes, heater elements, circuitry, voltage wiring, enclosures, PLCs, VFDs

  • Skilled in using assembly tools such as electrical meters, wrenches, torques, screwdrivers, electric drill, hacksaw, saw saw

  • Able to inspect electrical wiring and controls using precision electrical instrumentation including volt-ohm meters

Work Environment

This role requires close collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Quality teams to enhance product performance and production efficiency. The successful candidate will participate in continuous improvement efforts and must adhere to OSHA safety standards.
