Citigroup Procedure Analyst (contract for substitution) in Olsztyn, Poland
The ISG Operations Change Management & Governance (OCMG) Team within Citi’s Information Services Group (ISG) organization includes the following regulatory change management and operational readiness support for the following functions: Client Onboarding, Documentation Operations, Entity Data Management, Accounts Control and Securities and Pricing.
OCMG is looking to consolidate, develop, expand and formalize the existing Procedural, Training and Change Management structure. The role will be responsible for contributing to development of a globalized, centralized and standardized framework that is scalable and auditable and ensures all regulatory and process change requests go through a proactive change management review, comprehensive impact assessment, controls design and assessment, undergo analysis and multi-tiered approval process.
Additionally, the Procedure Management Specialist will help link and document processes, develop checklists and prepare process maps to grow the capabilities of current systems and process architecture to meet the needs of future team development. The candidate must be motivated to work in a process and data-driven environment with a desire to initiate process improvements, look for opportunities to evaluate pain points and implement solutions to challenging problems.
This role will report to the OCMG Procedure and Training Workstream Manager.
Responsibilities:
Independently owns and work with business partners and stakeholders to capture procedures based on various requirements within targeted timelines.
Plans, directs, prioritizes and coordinates multiple projects while managing various groups of stakeholders to ensure on-time implementation
Conducts process and procedure impact assessments for upcoming change requests in terms of effort, volume, line of business, business function, risk and other necessary requirements.
Supports Change Management Specialists in meeting regulatory compliance and governance guidelines.
Follows change and procedure management processes to ensure appropriate controls and approvals are in-place on new and existing procedures.
Drives procedure enhancement and simplification initiatives to gain process efficiency, quality improvements and user friendliness.
Researches, plans and delivers solutions to streamline, consolidate and standardize procedures using industry best practices for identifying business and technical requirements.
Develops interim procedures for technical or system-related dependencies.
Qualifications :
2+ years of technical writing, procedure development or change management experience.
1-2 years of Operations back-office experience in the banking industry is preferable.
1-2 years of project management experience preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills that drive projects with various stakeholders to meet stringent deadlines.
Strong ability to work with others to create strong partnerships.
Ability to navigate changing priorities and maintain flexibility while working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong listening skills and ability to convert feedback into viable solutions.
Disposition to identify problem solutions doing so with a high level of resiliency.
Education:
- Professional certification in technical writing, project or change management preferred.
