Join a growing manufacturer in Oneida, NY seeking a skilled Injection Molding Plastics Technician to join their dynamic team for the 3rd shift. We're on the lookout for someone experienced with plastics, a key asset to operations.Key Responsibilities:Set up and monitor injection molding processes ensuring safety and quality standards.Collaborate with Engineering to address any discrepancies in work orders.Document processes accurately and comprehensively.Conduct mold sampling and contribute to process improvement initiatives.Assist in mold changeovers and troubleshoot equipment issues.Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and team members.Perform regular equipment maintenance and support line clearance procedures.Required Skills:Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Proficient in using basic equipment and machinery including computers, printers, and assembly machines.Familiarity with word-processing and spreadsheet software.Physical capability to perform manual tasks and operate machinery.Salary Range: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour, based on experience.
