Avangrid Service Company Lead Analyst - SAP Support in Orange, Connecticut
**[Lead Analyst - SAP Support, Avangrid Service Company, Orange, CT:
[Develops solutions and configuration changes to meet ongoing end user requirements. Implements configuration changes as required and prepares specifications for approved changes to be performed by SAP IT support. Leads prioritization and planning of SAP Support Team responsibilities in a specific functional area. Leads team of SAP functional analysts to coordinate integration points between SAP modules to ensure overall process coordination. Ensures interface data integrity. Working with the ABAP team. Provides timely and accurate solutions to the functional business areas, including unresolved SAP user requests from the service desk. Develops, maintains and updates documentation including Business Process Procedures (BPPs), reference materials, training materials. Changes request/transport review and approval. Provides on-going end user training and end user support as required. Completes Service Pack review and tests for all clients (OSS support). Identifies available SAP functionality not currently being utilized. Coordinates the definition, review, testing and approval of SAP security access for a specific user group. Perform a storm role in the event of a system emergency.
[Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, $137,917per year.
**[MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
[Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience in the utility industry.

- Integrating SAP Plant Maintenance cross modules;
- Utilizing mobility and scheduling software and technology, including Click, Salesforce, and Android OS;
- Utilizing SAP for application related configuration and programming; and
- Managing projects from its inception to post-production.
