Disney’s Enterprise Technology Identity and Access Management (IAM) Group is responsible for providing a Core IAM ecosystem of products and platforms in use across the company by cast members, employees, and partners within Disney’s Business segments and Corporate functions. Our vision is to provide modern IAM capabilities and services that are simple, seamless, and secure to protect our workforce, our data, and our brands.
We are hiring! We need an Architect, IAM to join our Team.
What You Will Do:
Design, develop, and code highly scalable systems, solutions and applications
Analyze, designs, evaluate, debug, and develop new products and/or product improvements
Debug and fix IAM systems and services to improve functionality, performance, and availability
Maintain in-depth knowledge of current IAM industry trends and technologies to inform IAM strategy and development decisions
Work with partners and cross-functional teams to define system requirements and/or determine vital modifications to meet business needs
Build architecture diagrams, roadmaps, sequence diagrams, and process flows
Create architecture diagrams for current state, transition states, and a future state
Develop and maintain IAM standards, best practices, and governance
Collaborate with partners, seeking to learn and understand, and potentially challenge existing processes to continuously seek improved efficiencies
Lead solution design and product selection including discovery efforts to capture technical, business, and security requirements
Develop, lead, and communicate IAM taxonomy
Must Have:
10+ years of Identity & Access Management work experience
Technology experience, in architecture or engineering role
Experience in large scale software system development or deployment
In-depth understanding of Enterprise Identity & Access management use cases and technologies
Design, develop and code systems, solutions and applications
Nice To Have:
SailPoint and/or Okta platform experience
Knowledge of Active Directory or LDAP Directories
Identity and Access Management Domain knowledge
TOGAF certification, other technical certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solution Architect, Microsoft Solutions Architect, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, etc.)
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineer, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience.
