About the Role:

This is a team member position of the Property Management Procure to Pay (P2P) Support team. The Analyst role provides support and technical assistance to Property Management users for complex issues while meeting defined service level expectations. Identifies issues, researches causes, and provides solutions for Property Management teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Respond to stakeholder inquiries regarding P2P processes and capabilities.

  • Resolve complex issues, including escalated requests from lower level support staff.

  • Research and support P2P modules and test processes using defined guidelines.

  • Develop relationships with P2P system users.

  • Gather information on areas of improvement and recommend changes to increase user satisfaction.

  • Log work tickets. Provide end-users with a simple explanation of ways to use the systems in a more efficient manner.

  • Follow procedures for complex problems. This includes an evaluation of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system specifications.

  • Deliver correspondence, presentations, and other materials for training.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

  • Impact the quality of own work.

  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

  • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

What You’ll Need:

  • 2-5 years of equivalent work experience in similar field.

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and solve complex problems in standard and non-standard situations.

  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

  • Advanced organizational skills, attention to detail, and openness to new ideas and procedures.

  • Understanding of key property management terms and principles.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
