What You’ll Get to Do :

CACI is seeking a highly motived Procurement Analyst who will perform high level procurement administrative tasks and support for the multi-billion-dollar Warfighter Training Readiness Solutions contract in support of PEO STRI and the Army. To achieve program level goals in support of the Army, supervises employees, typically junior to mid-level employees. Sets strategic goals and objectives for the team.

Partnering with FEDSIM and PEO STRI, and our large and small subcontractors, this position solicits suppliers for materials/products/services through formal Requests to Initiate for Purchase (RIP). Works in accordance with CACI corporate procurement policies and applicable FAR clauses. This position is for a leader and expert in procurement who will make a difference in enabling Soldiers and Army readiness around the globe.

More About the Role :

Receives and supports purchase requests in support of TDLs for the USG.

Solicits quotes and seeks the necessary approvals required to complete the purchase. Processes and completes complex purchase orders; determines prices from available suppliers, which meet cost, quality, and schedule guidelines.

Exhibits comprehensive understanding of the applicable procurement system.

Applies sound procurement principles.

Negotiates delivery, terms and conditions, and cost in accordance with established policies. Ensures that only approved suppliers are utilized. Obtains required data on new suppliers for qualification and setup in company database.

Maintains communication with suppliers during course of procurement action in order to ensure timely delivery in compliance with the requirements of the procurement document.

Recommends changes to existing standards; ensures supplier’s adherence to industry standards, technical quality standards, and other corporate/business unit driven objectives.

Reconciles end of the month purchase orders upon receipt and final payment of all deliverable items.

Tracks and keeps required documents throughout the procurement process and remains compliance with DCMA policies.

Supervises a team consisting of professionals. Leads, directs and reviews the work of team members in order to accomplish operational plans and results OR complete more narrowly defined projects or objectives within own job area.

Provides primary input to hiring, firing, promotion, performance and rewards decisions for direct reports.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Active Secret Clearance.

BA/BS degree plus 10 years applicable work experience.

Proficient/Expert in MS Excel and other MS products.

Ability to lead others and adhere to and improve overall procurement

process.

Proactive thinker who can anticipate and mitigate procurement delays.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Organized and extremely detail oriented.

Ability to provide on-demand status updates of any procurements.

The ability to multitask and work in a very high-volume work environment.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have :

MBA or MS degree with 15 years applicable work experience.

Experience working with GSA/FEDSIM and TDLs/TDPs.

Understanding the DoD & Army finance system.

Experience purchasing HW and SW items in support of the Army.

Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of the Army (DA) receiving procedures and forms, to include DD 1149’s, DA 3161’s, and DA 2062’s

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$53,200 - $111,600
