Job Title: Accounts Payable ManagerJob Description

This position entails managing the Accounts Payable department, including customer vendor relations, AP disbursement tasks encompassing all check & electronic disbursements, and handling supplier and internal business partner inquiries. Responsibilities also include developing, implementing, and maintaining procedures and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines, hiring and training employees, evaluating their performance, and managing salary increases, bonuses, and promotions. Additionally, the role involves liaising with third-party suppliers, participating in and leading Financial Operations initiatives related to Accounts Payable.

Hard Skills

  • 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Overland Park, Kansas and some days remote.

Work Environment

The accounting team is located in a dedicated building within a campus of four buildings. The role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring three days in the office with flexibility to choose two remote workdays.
