Robert Half Front Desk Coordinator in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

Description We are opening a role for a Front Desk Coordinator in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This role is part of our new home community and operates within regular business hours. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be engaging with guests, ensuring the tidiness of the model home, managing phone calls, and scheduling appointments. This role does not involve sales activities but requires good customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, providing them with brochures and necessary information about the community.

• Maintain the tidiness and organization of the model home.

• Answer incoming phone calls, forwarding them to the appropriate departments when necessary.

• Schedule appointments effectively, ensuring optimal use of the team's time.

• Direct all questions regarding the community to the sales managers.

• Perform other receptionist duties as required.

• Uphold a detail oriented appearance at all times (business detail oriented attire).

• Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for visitors. Requirements • Candidate must have prior experience in receptionist duties or a similar role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

• Proficiency in using office equipment such as fax machines, printers, and photocopiers.

• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is desired.

• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices is beneficial.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion is necessary.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.

• Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
