TEKsystems Sr. Project Manager/Business Analyst in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

One of TEKsystems top clients is looking for a Sr. IT Projects Manager/Business Analyst focused on project priorities and managing stakeholder expectations and relationships; end to end ownership; act as scrum master and responsible for team delivery, Jira and Confluence and status updates, working closely with developers and business stakeholders on overcoming obstacles and finding solutions

Overview: The Technical Project Manager/Business Analyst (PM/BA) is a hybrid role that bridges the gap between project management and business analysis. This individual possesses technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive successful project outcomes. The Technical PM/BA collaborates with stakeholders, gathers requirements, manages project timelines, and ensures technical solutions align with business needs.

Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:

Elicit and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.

Translate business needs into technical specifications.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation.

Project Management:

Develop project plans, set milestones, and manage project execution.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Technical Expertise:

Understand technical concepts, systems, and architectures.

Evaluate technical feasibility and impact of proposed solutions.

Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members.

Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Conduct regular meetings, workshops, and presentations.

Bridge the gap between business users and technical teams.

Documentation:

Create detailed project documentation, including requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.

Maintain project artifacts and ensure version control.

Quality Assurance:

Validate deliverables against requirements.

Participate in testing and user acceptance activities.

Ensure alignment with quality standards.

Change Management:

Assist in change impact assessments.

Support end-users during system transitions.

Facilitate training sessions as needed.
