Shift :
Monday-Friday
8am-5pm or 9am-5pm
Plus 1 weekend per month if possible
Salary :
$55,000 to $80,000
Qualifications & Education: - Required: Current licensure in the State as a Psychologist, Licensed Therapist/Counselor/Social Worker, Registered Intern, or in a similar clinically therapeutic field.
Required: Master Level Therapist with credentials such as LMSW, LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
Preferred: Minimum of two years of experience in the mental health field.
Preferred: Experience in a substance abuse/detox facility.
Flexibility in work arrangements; ability to perform tasks continuously or switch tasks within the same day.
Strong communication skills with clients and across various departments.
Capability to work independently during calls or evening/night shifts.
Proficient in using an electronic medical record system.
General Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing and implementing the program in compliance with state and TJC Standards.
Develop individualized treatment plans for clients with specific goals and objectives.
Conduct follow-up therapy sessions based on treatment plan objectives.
Perform assessments promptly and as per company policy.
Review and update treatment plans following company standards.
Serve as the mental health liaison between nursing and operations staff.
Provide one-on-one intervention for clients with substance abuse or mental health issues.
Provide feedback to facility administration on client progress regularly.
Monitor all clinical services for assigned caseload.
Document and monitor treatment responses for clients.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions.
Conduct Biopsychosocial assessments and mental health evaluations.
Ensure standards of care comply with NCCHC/ACA or accepted psychological standards.
Participate in Quality Assurance activities and in-service education programs.
Prepare and submit monthly performance reports.
Assist in suicide prevention efforts for clients.
Communicate regularly with Clinical Director and Utilization Review regarding client progress.
Perform any additional duties as assigned.
