Description

Your missions will be :

Business, strategy

•Elaborate, adapt and recommend EMEA merchandising strategy in accordance with the Global Brands calendars, concepts, strategies and guidelines

•Propose and develop appropriate programs, tools programs and planograms

•Global business overview (distribution, doors to open, refurbishments, capex, launches calendars)

Communication and Organization

•Build strong partnership with stakeholders, Regional, Global and Affiliates

•Work closely with Marketing (project strategy definition, distribution, location/zoning, customer journey, line up...)

•Ensure a perfect coordination with Global (communication, anticipation for receiving assets on time for our launches...)

•Ensure that local projects (VM & SD) are well in line with the strategy

•Work closely with internal RDDC team members, Development, IP, Supply chain and external partners (agencies, vendors, retailers) to achieve business brand requirements and timing goals

•Ensure constant optimization of work tools and processes

•Coach and train local affiliates

•Produce guidelines and any information documents necessary to ensure flawless in-store execution

•Preparation of presentations (RRT, Education meetings...)

Project management

•Manage project workflow (overview and priorization)

•Create guideline book for each bulletin issued, check forecasts (challenge on quantities)

•Elaborate briefs with VM designer to Development teams with accurate budget and estimated quantities

•Elaborate zoning, navigation for SD brief

•Insure design, graphics and copy are moving along according to timetables (translations, GEGM...)

•Follow up on production with Dev (plannings) and 1st of serie quality control with Dev and VM

•Follow on budget

Supervisory responsabilites

•Management of a visual designer and a store designer

-Ensure workflow and processe function

Qualifications

Your profile :

Key skills :

• Comprehensive knowledge of Store Design, visual merchandising and events/scenography

• Creative skills & work experience at Store design, Graphic, Visual Merchandising field

• Strong organizational skills, proactive and detail oriented

• Knowledge of the regional and local Points of Sales specificities (FSS, Department stores, Perfumeries)

• Knowledge of the consumer journey in-store

• Proactive and organized

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment under tight deadlines, handle multiple tasks and varied personalities

• Decision-making and Self-reliance

• Collaborative, positive, enthusiastic

• Great Communication skills and summarization capabilities

Added skills :

• Video content creation

• Omnichannel experience design / Digital Assets

• Event planning and coordination experience

Software :

• MAC software: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office, Autocad Mandatory, Sketchup,

• Adobe premiere would be a plus

Our future team member will be able to :

• Provide design of retail spaces for store openings and renovations (prelim pack & final pack)

• Insure SDRF and briefs from affiliates are completed – zoning, navigation to be done by VMM prior to start designing

• Handle the approval of shopfitters technical drawings, Technical support to affiliates and shopfitters

• Work with SD Engineering and retail IT for material sourcing, new solutions, innovations, materials, ligthing...

• Work with IP for costs optimization

• Create and update store design guidelines with VD and VM&SD manager

• Follow up on implementations: track pictures from markets, costs..

• Manage best practices (presentations, pro photos, RDDC news letter..)

• Update Store Design tracker
