Strategic Project Manager
ANINE BING is looking for a Strategic Project Manager to join our team in Paris.
The Strategic Project Manager oversees our strategic planning process and aligns our executive team on the brand vision and financial targets for the next three years, culminating in a comprehensive strategic plan. This role focuses on setting actionable company goals, aligning them with our brand's vision, and driving projects toward profitability and growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting and fashion, with expertise in leveraging data analytics to shape strategy and deliver actionable insights.
This position reports to the President of ANINE BING.
Responsibilities Include
Lead the strategic planning process, ensuring alignment with our brand's vision and financial objectives
Coordinate and facilitate sessions with the strategic planning committee, including executive and senior leadership teams
Develop and oversee a meticulous project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Utilize data and analytical skills to generate insights and recommendations for the strategic plan.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure comprehensive strategy development.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and board meetings.
Monitor progress against the strategic plan and make adjustments as necessary.
Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the process.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, or related roles within the fashion industry, preferably with advanced contemporary or luxury brands.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and align them with company objectives. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Excellent project management abilities, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with experience in presenting to executive leadership and stakeholders.
High level of proficiency in MS Office suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
Project Management Certificate or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Must be fluent in English and French
