Aerotek Electrician Apprentice in Paris, Illinois

Job Title: Electrical Apprentice

Paris, IL | $35-$36/hr

Shift : 1st shift (5 8hr shifts), works independently on Friday

Job Description

Seeking an electrical apprentice to handle power components at a corn processing facility. This role involves both preventative and reactive maintenance duties. Smaller team looking to add someone who has electrical knowledge or experience to process work orders. Seeking someone wanting a long-term career.

Must Haves:

  • Experience in electrical preventative maintenance

  • Previous experience wiring/unwiring motors

  • Ability to run conduit

  • Experience with AC/DC Drivers

  • Proficiency in using a multimeter

Job Type

This is a contract to hire position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Paris, Illinois.

Work Environment

The position is based at a facility requiring 5 eight-hour shifts. Candidates must be comfortable working independently, especially on Fridays. The role demands a significant focus on preventive maintenance, with daily work orders. This is a small team environment looking for someone who is interested is a long-term career.
