Job Title: Welder/Fabricator
Paris, IL | $25-$26/hr
Shift: 1st shift (4 10hr shifts a week)
Job Description
Seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team, focusing on using wrenches and various tools on preventative maintenance, and repair welding (MIG).
Must Haves:
Ability to set up own welder
Proficiency in vertical and horizontal welding
Ability to use hand tools
Mechanically inclined
Some experience in MIG welding
Nice to Have:
Ability to work in a team
Layout experience
MIG welding on stainless steel
Previous experience welding on conveyors
Job Type
This is a contract to hire position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Paris, Illinois.
Work Environment
You will be part of a smaller team in a shop environment, which features an open table for layout welding. The role requires working 4-10hr shifts in a workshop setting. This team is looking for a candidate that is wanting a long-term career.
