REQUIREMENTS: Two Part-Time Merchandise Assistant Managers needed in upper Parkersburg. Prefer prior retail and management experience but not required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Able to bend and transport merchandise. HS/Equivalency required. No drivers license required but must be able to be at work on time. No drug screening required. Will hire 16 years old and up. Will do a background check if an offer of employment is made. Will train.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks. Assist with the hiring, training and development of store associates. Assist with all store functions and day-to-day store activities. Able to perform all opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager. Adhere to all policies and procedures including safety guidelines. Maintain a professional and friendly environment. Meet or exceed productivity standards. Assist in ordering and stocking all merchandise needs, including frozen & refrigerated items. Maintain stockroom organization and ensure that the sales floor is sales effective on a daily basis. Assist in planning, merchandising and maintaining Clip Strips and Power Panels with sales effective items. Assist the Store Manager in planning and implementing monthly Sales Planners. Part-time, day and evening shifts. Store is open 9am - 9pm. Flexible schedule. Pay and benefits will be discussed at the interview.
