Description
We are currently staffing for an Accounts Payable/Disbursement Supervisor located near Parsippany NJ. This role will be responsible for:
Supervising Issuance of Equity Advances, Home Sale Expenses, and Vendor Payments
Approving and Releasing Global Payments including global wires, foreign drafts, ACH transfers, and checks in different currencies. Accuracy and adherence to protocols are essential
Investigating Payment Issues
Amending Bank Wiring Instructions
Bank Feeds and FX Settlements
Effective Communication
Entries and Void Processing
Daily Bank Reports
Supplier Setup and Compliance
Year-End Form 1099 Filings
Requirements
Candidates applying to this position are required to have a minimum of five years of experience in Accounts Payable Management or similar role in a real estate & property industry, proven proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems, expertise in Microsoft 365 or Dynamics, and experience with Cash Disbursements.
