The coordinator will have primary responsibility for the company the milestone awards program, assisting the recruiting functionand administrative aspects of the training program including coordination of both internal HR training and external training.Responsible for Human Resources administrative functions which include but are not limited to, the maintenance of files,reception coverage, HRIS systems, reporting and records.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for the coordination of HR and external training administrative process in HR.
Distribution and tracking of required notices and documentation to employees.
Responsible for the milestone awards program.
Responsible for entering data and providing reporting from Training Software.
Coordinates logistics for new hire orientation and HR related training.
Prepares new employee files, files paperwork and maintains personnel and training files in orderly manner.
Provide daily lunch coverage, time off and back-up coverage for front desk reception area as required.
Provides administrative assistance to the recruiting function.
Responsible for vendor registration documentation and contract with management.
Update Ultipro and other respective data bases to maintain information as needed.
Assist with processing and tracking invoices for payment and budget tracking in areas of responsibility.
Completes associated monthly indicator reporting.
Works on special projects and provides assistance to others in various duties assigned.
Education & Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred,Minimum one year office experience preferably in Human Resources.
Prefer individual with prior experience with HRIS systems, preferably Ultipro, intermediate levelknowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
Individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to execute assigned dutiesindependently. They must have a good work ethic, strong organizational skills and be able to workeffectively in a team environment.
Travel may be required up to 10%
