What You Will Do:
Organize and maintain medical records in compliance with regulations
Provide guidance and training to staff on medical record issues
Maintain confidentiality of medical records and respond to requests promptly
Participate in surveys and assist in developing corrective plans
Perform secretarial duties for Program committees as needed
What You Will Need:
High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of medical records experience preferred
Minimum one (1) year of experience working with the frail or elderly population required
Action-oriented with strong business acumen
Customer-focused with high decision quality and flexibility to adapt to change
Ability to work independently and exercise judgment
